Kitchen:

1. Countertops cleaned.
2. Sinks wiped out.
3. Floors mopped.
4. Cobwebs removed.
5. Horizontal surfaces dusted.

Bedrooms and Living areas:

1. Horizontal surfaces cloth dusted.
2. Stairs vacuumed.
3. All readily accessible floors vacuumed.
4. Hard surfaced floors swept and mopped.
5. Cobwebs removed.


· Bathrooms:

1. Tile walls, bathtubs and showers cleaned.
2. Vanity and sink cleaned.
3. Mirrors cleaned.
4. Toilets cleaned and sanitized.
5. Cobwebs removed.
6. General dusting.

•Kitchen:

1. Countertops cleaned and sanitized.
2. Outside of range hood cleaned
3. Top and front of range cleaned
4. Sinks cleaned and disinfected.
5. The fronts of all appliances cleaned.
6. Floors mopped.
7. Cobwebs removed.
8. Microwave wiped out.

•Bedrooms and Living areas:

1. Horizontal surfaces cloth dusted.
2. Stairs vacuumed.
3. Empty closet floors vacuumed.
4. All readily accessible floors vacuumed.
5. Hard surfaced floors swept and mopped.
6. Cobwebs removed.
7. Picture frames dusted.
8. Window sills and ledges dusted.
9. Mini Blinds dusted.
10. Ceiling fans dusted.
11. Lampshades dusted.
12. Knick-Knacks dusted. (some limits apply.)

•Bathrooms:

1. Tile walls, bathtubs and showers cleaned and sanitized.
2. Shower doors cleaned and sanitized.
3. Vanity and sink cleaned and sanitized.
4. Mirrors and chrome fixtures cleaned and sanitized.
5. Toilets cleaned and sanitized.
6. Horizontal surfaces cloth dusted.

The Detail Clean:

The Sparkling Clean includes everything from The Detail Clean. Plus the following items:

• Kitchen:

1. All cabinet doors wiped down.
2. All appliances cleaned and shined.
3. Chrome and stainless steel items cleaned and polished.
4. Knobs cleaned and polished.
5. All kitchen furniture hand wiped down.
6. Dishes loaded into the dishwasher.
7. All trash gathered and placed in a predefined area.

• Bedrooms and Living areas:

1. Knick-Knacks individually cleaned. (Some limits apply.)
2. Knobs cleaned and polished.
3. Furniture hand wiped.
4. All upholstery vacuumed, including under cushions.
5. All trash gathered and placed in a predefined area.

• Bathrooms:

1. Shower tile grout treated and scrubbed.
2. Chrome and brass items cleaned and polished.
3. Knobs cleaned and polished.
4. Knick-Knacks individually cleaned. (Some limits apply.)
